Hot Edition
179 plug-ins were registered last July, only 10 behind the record set in June, and with the YTD numbers now at 1.012 units, the all time record (1.193 EV's in 2012) could be reached...in August!
The EV Share is also on fire, now at 0,53%, double of what it was last year (0,26%), not bad, eh?
The bavarian i3 had its best month ever, with 69 units, while the french Zoe (20 units) had its second slowest selling month this year, not a good sign in an expansionist market.
An important change has happened in the manufacturers ranking, with BMW (26% share) finally surpassing Renault (24%) as the best selling brand, with Volkswagen in #3 (16%) waiting for the e-Golf to step up the pace and fight for #1 with the other two brands.
