The historic 1903 Auto Run route from the Hudson Valley at Kingston, NY through the Catskill Mountains and Catskill Park along State Route 28 in Ulster County, through Delaware County across the East and West Branches of the Delaware River through Margaretville, Andes, Delhi and Franklin, and crossing the Susquehanna River at Unadilla in Otsego County.
the original 1903 Endurance Run route. It passed through 14 counties, up the Hudson Valley to Kingston, across the Catskill Mountains over both Branches of the Delaware River to Unadilla on the Susquehanna River, then down to Binghamton and Bath to Buffalo. Then heading out Chautauqua County to Erie, Cleveland, and Pittsburgh.
Total distance was 800 miles.
This route was part of the way used for setting speed record runs from Chicago to NYC from 1903 to 1907. The Mudlark Tours were part of the 1903 endurance runs on this route
